Abstract

Switching the learning method from face to face to direct to online was chosen as an effort to break the chain of the current spread of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is also carried out by stakeholders of SMP IT Rohimana Depok and MTsN 3 Jombang, with supporting media, namely google classroom. In this study, the aim of this research is to measure the usefulness of google classroom and the results obtained can be compared between agencies, by testing using usability which includes variables learnability, affeciency, memorability, error and satisfaction. From the results of the assessment shows that the learnability aspect gets a score of 1.53 at SMP and 1.47 on MTs, meaning that the use of google classroom has good and useful uses for online learning media, even though students still find obstacles related
to tools and no user guide at the beginning of the application, but students still want to use and feel satisfied (satisfaction). In addition, the error rate in google classroom is categorized as low with a value of 1.13 So that google classroom functions as e-learning to keep it used, easy to use, and the learning process using e-learning google classroom can run effectively.
