Restaurant at the Aston Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center. Data collection was carried out by means
of observation and documentation at Kayana Restaurant at Aston Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center

Hotel implemented a sequence of service in providing service to guests -the guest
