Abstract

The goals of this research are: (1) to explain the direct influence of the human resource development to the employees performance, (2) to explain the direct influence of the leaders behavior to the employees performance, (3) to explain the direct influence of the human resource development to the employees job satisfaction, (4) to explain the direct influence the leaders behavior to the employees job satisfaction, and (5) to explain the direct influence the employees performance to the job satisfaction. In achieving the goal, the explanatory method with descriptive analysis and inferential analysis by using SEM. SEM with alpha 5% were used to test the significance of research variable. The data were taken from all NCS polithecnic employee using given simple technique. The total number of respondents were 101 respondents. Questionnaire (main instrument), interview, observation, and documentary were used in collecting the data. Of those 5 goals mentioned above, only goal 3 indicated a significant result, that is human resource development which significantly influenced the employees job satisfaction, with 88% contribution of influence. While the rest indicated the opposite. The human resource development had an indirect influence and significant to the employees job satisfaction. The intervening performance even weakened the effect of the human resource development to the employees job satisfaction.
