Key Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 3-5 years of experience required as a Sales Representative or managerial rate
- Know sales method and a strong business sense
- Fluent in English (both spoken & writen)
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seninars, and conferences
- Passess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Skilles at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals (result oriented)
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Willing to travel throughout assigned customer/area id needed
Responsibilities
- Engage in regular communication with a customer
- Analyzing market trends or competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to improve sales performance
- Managing an existing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance
- Visit to a customer and participate in exhibitions
