Requirements:
– 2 Years’ experience in same positions
– Hotel experience is required
– Responsible for the full spectrum of on-site Human Resource functions which
includes, but is not limited to:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Employee Relations
Industrial Relations
Compensation & Benefits
Performance Management
Learning & Development
– Excellent communication skills is a must
– Resolves problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
– Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
– Good attitude & bright personality
– Able to work with hotel operational system (VHP)
– Willing to be placement at Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya
