CUSTOMER SERVICE – LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
Qualifications
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
– Minimum Senior High School from any major related to the
field.
– Have a good understanding of shipping documentation
– Have a high sense of responsibility, good initiative,
eagerness to learn, and pay attention to detail.
– Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in
a team.
– Able to work under pressure & good communication
Responsibility
– Manage all import & export process
– Coordinate & Liaises with supplier, customer, shipping
agent, and trucking on delivery schedule
– Familiar process booking with US route is priority
– Monitoring shipment status
– Checking PEB & PIB and all custom clearance docs
– Coordinating and communicating with Shipper
LOCATION Tambakrejo, Gayamsari, Semarang
