Mengelola operasional harian perusahaan agar berjalan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai target.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memimpin serta mengawasi tim sales, customer service, dan operasional lapangan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan baik melalui salesman maupun penjualan langsung ke konsumen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Membuat strategi peningkatan penjualan dan pelayanan customer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengontrol performa salesman, termasuk monitoring kunjungan, follow up customer, dan closing penjualan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengawasi kualitas pelayanan customer service agar respons cepat, ramah, dan solutif.<br \/>\n&#8211; Menangani komplain pelanggan serta memastikan penyelesaian yang tepat.<br \/>\n&#8211; Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan retail maupun corporate.<br \/>\n&#8211; Membuat laporan operasional, penjualan, dan evaluasi performa tim secara berkala.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengatur koordinasi antar divisi agar operasional berjalan lancar.<br \/>\n&#8211; Melakukan training, coaching, dan evaluasi terhadap tim sales maupun customer service.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memastikan stok, distribusi, dan kebutuhan operasional mendukung aktivitas penjualan.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATION :<br \/>\n&#8211; Pendidikan minimal D3\/S1 semua jurusan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai Operation Manager \/ Sales Manager\/Supervisor Operasional.<br \/>\n&#8211; Wajib memiliki pengalaman:<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengelola tim salesman.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mengawasi customer service.<br \/>\n&#8211; Menangani penjualan langsung ke konsumen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memahami strategi penjualan retail dan pelayanan pelanggan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan problem solving yang baik.<br \/>\n&#8211; Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan dan evaluasi KPI tim.<br \/>\n&#8211; Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mampu membuat laporan operasional dan analisa penjualan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office \/ Google Workspace.<br \/>\n&#8211; Disiplin, tegas, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.<br \/>\n&#8211;
