Receptionist

An Opportunity to be part of Supa, an exciting, fast moving Food Ingredient Manufacturer based in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Key Requirements

• Female maximum 30 y.o.
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences as a Receptionist
• Proficient in working using a computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word, etc)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Attractive, attention to detail, Confident and have a good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Receive guests who come to support the improvement of the company’e image
• Ensure that incoming calls are forwarded to the relevant part
• Ensuring the running of cleanliness and tidiness in the front office area, meeting, equipment warehouse, and pantry
• Handle receipt and delivery of documents or packages
• Assist in managing HR documents (administration)
