Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience as customer service or reception position
At least have 1 years experience as Front Desk Agent
Good communication skills and able to using PowerPro or VHP
Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all subordinates
. Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
