Qualification
· Minimum of 2 years in a Chef de Partie or similar role
in a quality-driven kitchen.
· Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage.
· Proficient in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.
. Attention to Detail: Meticulous about quality, consistency,
and presentation in every dish.
· Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Excellent communication skills and a cooperative approach to
working with kitchen staff.
Responsibility
· Section Management: Take responsibility for a specific section of
the kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and high standards.
. Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and
portion sizes, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards.
· Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen
staff within your section, fostering skill development and productivity.
· Menu Collaboration: Menu planning, offering creative input
and contributing to new dishes.
