Minimum 2 years experience in leading and managing creative teams,content creators, a creative leadership or project management role.
Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Recent experience launching complex digital products.
In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong Knowledge of the design process and program management.
Having copywriting skills, Creative Direction and Branding skills, Creative Strategy and Graphic Design skills, and Team Management skill.
Having a branding portfolio is an added value.+
