HEAD OF HRGA
The ideal candidate will support full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law/Management.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated expertise on training managers and employees.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and good judgement.
Understand employment law and business legalities.
Prepare work plans and budgets for his/her section in accordance with the established HR strategy 2 policies and systems to ensure the achievement of the HR section’s goals.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Experience in relationship with BPOM and Halal Certification (is a plus).
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
