REQUIREMENTS
Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
Hardworking with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Willing to be assigned at Surabaya
Honest with strong work ethics and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner,
Take and accurately process food and drink orders.
Ensure that food and beverages are served according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with setting up tables.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
