Pengalaman mereka secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi ini, yang juga dapat memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk kembali atau merekomendasikan hotel tersebut kepada orang lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kesan Pertama<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesan pertama sangat penting karena lobby hotel sering kali merupakan gambaran awal tentang kualitas layanan yang akan diterima. Konsumen biasanya memperhatikan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desain dan Kebersihan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Penampilan interior dan kebersihan lobi dapat memberikan kesan positif atau negatif.
