Petugas yang ada di area umum tersebut apabila di hotel dapat disebut houseman, dan apabila di perusahaan lain dapat dikatakan cleaning service atau office boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada pelatihan housekeeping ini pemateri nya dalah Ibu Riris Yuniarsih, S.St.Par, M.M., M.M.Par selaku Dosen Diploma 3 Program Studi Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya. Materi yang diajarkan adalah pengenalan alat-alat yang digunakan di bagian Public Area. Ibu Riris menjelaskan satu persatu nama alat yang digunakan dalam proses pembersihan area umum dan chemichal (bahan pembersih) beserta fungsinya. Setelah itu pemateri mendemokan cara bagaimana proses pembersihan cleaning glass, cleaning furniture, cleaning floor yaitu proses sweeping dan moping. Siswa-siswa mempraktekkan secara bergantian dalam setiap kelompok. Peserta pelatihan housekeeping kali ini berjumlah 32 siswa\/i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
