{"id":331,"date":"2022-12-02T07:06:04","date_gmt":"2022-12-02T07:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ht.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/?p=331"},"modified":"2026-05-14T20:14:42","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T20:14:42","slug":"pelatihan-fruit-and-vegetables-carving-di-skb-negeri-surabaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/pelatihan-fruit-and-vegetables-carving-di-skb-negeri-surabaya\/","title":{"rendered":"<em>PELATIHAN FRUIT AND VEGETABLES CARVING DI SKB NEGERI SURABAYA<\/em>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Fruit Carving<\/em>&nbsp;adalah sebuah seni yang menghidangkan makanan dengan keindahan, biasanya media yang digunakan adalah buah-buahan yang berbentuk bulat serta memiliki tekstur yang lunak.&nbsp;<em>Fruit Carving<\/em>&nbsp;merupakan&nbsp; seni mengukir buah yang mempesona., dengan peralatan yang cukup sederhana, hanya menggunakan&nbsp;<em>cutter<\/em>, pisau ukir, dan tusuk gigi jika diperlukan bisa membuat buah tampak lebih indah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengenai eksistensi seni memahat buah di Indonesia saat ini, ternyata telah banyak hotel dan restoran mengadopsi&nbsp;<em>fruit carving<\/em>&nbsp;sebagai perhiasan di tengah-tengah meja atau sebagai dekorasi tampilan makanan pada acara-acara sosial, perusahaan, serta perayaan lainnya. Dalam seni&nbsp;<em>fruit carving<\/em>&nbsp;memerlukan ketelatenan dan daya imajinasi yang kuat, serta juga memiliki jiwa seni yang tinggi agar mampu belajar mengukir buah menjadi apa yang diinginkan. Sehingga daya cipta dan kreatifitas ide dalam menyajikan hidangan menjadi mahal karena terkandung nilai seni yang tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"466\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/ht.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb8.jpg 466w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb8-300x270.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 466px) 100vw, 466px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada kesempatan kali ini, Politeknik NSC Surabaya berkesempatan memberikan Kegiatan Bersama yaitu mengenai Pelatihan Fruit and Vegetables Carving di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Negeri Surabaya yang lokasinya berada di kawasan SMP Negeri 60 Surabaya, SKB Negeri Surabaya sendiri merupakan sekolah non formal PNF\/PAUD Dikmas atau satuan pendidikan yang memberikan layanan dan menyelenggarakan program PNF\/PAUD Dikmas, secara administratif SKB N Surabaya ini&nbsp; berada dibawah naungan dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Surabaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelatihan Fruit and Vegetables Carving ini dilaksanakan pada Hari Selasa, 22 November 2022. Pemateri dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah&nbsp; Ibu Riris Yuniarsih, S.St.Par, M.M., M.M.Par&nbsp; selaku dosen Diploma 3&nbsp; Program Studi Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/ht.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb7-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb7-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb7-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/skb7.jpg 780w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Media dalam materi yang dipraktekan adalah mengukir timun dan wortel. Pelatihan ini diikuti sebanyak 35 siswa\/i yang diantaranya dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Jumlah keseluruhan siswa yang hadir dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok agar praktek berjalan dengan kondusif setiap kelompok diberikan peralatan seperti carving knife, cutting board, serta timun dan wortel sejumlah anggota kelompok. Para Siswa belajar membuat ukiran timun menjadi bunga mawar, dan wortel diukir menjadi pohon cemara. Pelatihan ini juga bertujuan agar siswa dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam usaha dunia kuliner untuk kedepannya.
