{"id":219,"date":"2021-08-18T03:54:48","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T03:54:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ht.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/?p=219"},"modified":"2026-05-14T20:15:06","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T20:15:06","slug":"praktek-fruits-and-vegetables-carving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/praktek-fruits-and-vegetables-carving\/","title":{"rendered":"PRAKTEK FRUITS AND VEGETABLES  CARVING MAHASISWA PERHOTELAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Fruit Carving<\/em> adalah sebuah seni yang menghidangkan makanan dengan keindahan, biasanya media yang digunakan adalah buah-buahan yang berbentuk bulat serta memiliki tekstur yang lunak. <em>Fruit Carving<\/em> merupakan&nbsp; seni mengukir buah yang mempesona., dengan peralatan yang cukup sederhana, hanya menggunakan <em>cutter<\/em>, pisau ukir, dan tusuk gigi jika diperlukan bisa membuat buah tampak lebih indah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengenai eksistensi seni memahat buah di Indonesia saat ini, ternyata telah banyak hotel dan restoran mengadopsi&nbsp;<em>fruit carving<\/em>&nbsp;sebagai perhiasan di tengah-tengah meja atau sebagai dekorasi tampilan makanan pada acara-acara sosial, perusahaan, serta perayaan pernikahan. Dalam seni <em>fruit carving<\/em> memerlukan ketelatenan dan daya imajinasi yang kuat, serta juga memiliki jiwa seni yang tinggi agar mampu belajar mengukir buah menjadi apa yang diinginkan. Sehingga daya cipta dan kreatifitas ide dalam menyajikan hidangan menjadi mahal karena terkandung nilai seni yang tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"670\" src=\"https:\/\/ht.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-08-18-at-10.25.25.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-08-18-at-10.25.25.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-08-18-at-10.25.25-300x279.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di Politeknik NSC Surabaya, khususnya di Prodi Perhotelan, mahasiswa dibekali mata kuliah <em>Fruits and Vegetables  Carving<\/em> pada semester 4 yang diajarkan oleh Dosen Pengampu Ibu Riris Yuniarsih, S.St.Par, M.M., M.M.Par . Tiap pertemuan mata kuliah <em>fruits and vegetables carving<\/em>, mahasiswa-mahasiswi diberi kesempatan untuk mengukir buah secara individu. Masing-masing mahasiswa mendapatkan buah sesuai dengan materi yang akan dipraktekkan pada hari itu. Tiap pertemuan akan berbeda materi yang akan dipraktekkan, untuk permulaan materi yang dipilih adalah buah yang bertekstur lembut seperti buah tomat.&nbsp; Untuk pertemuan berikutnya akan bertahap tingkat kesulitan buah yang akan diukir seperti buah semangka, melon, pepaya. Untuk sayur biasanya <em>pumpkin<\/em>, <em>zucchini<\/em> , lobak, ataupun wortel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya bisa terbekali dengan materi yang diajarkan sehingga bisa mengaplikasikannya di dunia kerja ataupun sebagai peluang usaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"mangsud\"
