Dalam proses perkuliahan Mata Kuliah <em>Front Office<\/em> dibagi menjadi&nbsp; 2 yaitu <em>Front Office<\/em> 1 pada semester 2 dan Manajemen <em>Front Office<\/em>&nbsp; pada semester 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada Mata Kuliah Front Office 1 mencakup beberapa bagian yakni seperti&nbsp;<strong><em>reception, concierge,&nbsp;reservations, telephone operator<\/em>. <\/strong>Pada Mata Kuliah <em>Front Office<\/em> 1 ini diajarkan kepada mahasiswa dengan&nbsp;tujuan agar dapat memahami tugas pokok dan tanggung jawab sebagai seorang&nbsp;<em>front-liner<\/em>.
