Konsep ini mencakup tanggung jawab sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi untuk menciptakan pengalaman tamu yang ramah lingkungan dan berdampak positif bagi komunitas setempat serta memastikan kelangsungan bisnis jangka panjang.
