Ikan cakalang merupakan salah satu hasil sumberdaya ikan yang ditangkap di perairan Surabaya dan Selat Madura. Pemanfaatan cakalang menjadi jajanan masih sangat jarang karena memang pola pikir yang terbentuk adalah cakalang sebagai lauk pauk. Program studi D4 Pengelolaan Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya bekerja sama dengan Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Negeri Surabaya mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan ikan cakalang sebagai inovasi jajanan lokal.<br>Pelatihan bermaksud untuk penganekaragaman jajanan lokal dan membekali ketrampilan peserta didik Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Negeri Surabaya. Pemateri pelatihan diajarkan oleh dosen prodi D4 Pengelolaan Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya yaitu ibu Mafisa Restami, S.Pd., M.Pd. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan dengan dua macam hidangan yaitu lumpia cakalang lumer dan bomboloni cakalang suwir. Melalui pelatihan tersebut selain diharapkan peserta didik mendapatkan ketrampilan, juga dapat menjadi ide peluang usaha di bidang kuliner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
