{"id":184,"date":"2022-11-29T05:05:52","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T05:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pp.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/?p=184"},"modified":"2026-05-14T20:23:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T20:23:02","slug":"pelatihan-table-manner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/pengelolaan-perhotelan\/pelatihan-table-manner\/","title":{"rendered":"PELATIHAN TABLE MANNER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan bersama Politeknik NSC yang ke empat kalinya kita laksanakan di SKB (Sanggar Kegitan Belajar) Negeri Surabaya yang lokasinya berada di kawasan SMP Negeri 60 Surabaya, SKB Negeri Surabaya sendiri merupakan sekolah non formal PNF\/PAUD Dikmas atau satuan pendidikan yang memberikan layanan dan menyelenggarakan program PNF\/PAUD Dikmas, secara administratif SKB N Surabaya ini &nbsp;berada dibawah naungan dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Surabaya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan bersama Politeknik NSC kali ini yaitu \u201d Pelatihan Table Manner\u201d, table manner atau etika pada saat makan merupakan aturan dalam penjamuan makan dengan penyajian beberapa menu makanan yang dihidangkan dimulai makanan pembuka (<em>appetizer<\/em>) sampai dengan tahap makanan penutup (<em>dessert)<\/em>. Dalam pelatihan ini materi dibawakan oleh Ibu Endah Lestari.,S.St.Par.,M.Par selaku dosen Sarjana Terapan (Diploma 4) Pengelolaan Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"617\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/pp.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/pengelolaan-perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb2.jpg 617w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/pengelolaan-perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb2-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan cara praktik dimana pemateri langsung memberikan penjelasan atau arahan pada saat materi praktik berlangsung, hal tersebut terlihat dalam gambar diatas dimana pemateri memberikan materi dengan arahan dan praktik langsung (memeragakan gerkan yang ada di materi), setelah pemteri memberikan arahan dan praktiknya peserta memeragakan (Praktik) materi yang sudah dijelaskan&nbsp; oleh pemateri.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"629\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/pp.nscpolteksby.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/pengelolaan-perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb3.jpg 629w, https:\/\/nscpolteksby.ac.id\/pengelolaan-perhotelan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/skb3-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 629px) 100vw, 629px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelatihan ini terlaksana pada hari Kamis tanggal 24 November 2022, dihadiri oleh 27 peserta dan terlaksana dengan baik dimana peserta dengan aktif memberikan umpan balik ke pemateri, hal ini terlihat jelas pada saat praktik dilaksanakan dimana semua peserta ikut berperan dalam role play yang dilaksanakan, dan pada pelatihan ini peserta dibagi menjadi dua tipe praktik ynag pertama menjadi waiter\/waiters untuk menyiapkan pelaksanaan table manner atau juga bisa disebeut sebagai penjamu tamu, tipe kedua menjadi tamu. Walaupun praktik dilaksanakan tanpa ada hidangan peserta dengan antusias dan senag mendapatkan materi pelatihan kali.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter
