Employee Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\nKompensasi karyawan adalah proses membayar dan memberikan penghargaan kepada orang-orang yang memberikan kontribusi untuk sebuah organisasi. Sebagian besar kompensasi, tentu saja, adalah jumlah uang yang dibawa pulang oleh karyawan, tetapi ada aspek penting lainnya juga meliputi manfaat asuransi, tabungan pensiun, dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n
