Eksternal Environmental Analysis<\/li><li>Peluang dan ancaman muncul dari lingkungan eksternal dan dapat berdampak pada organisasi. Banyak dari kekuatan ini tidak berada dalam kendali organisasi, tetapi harus dipertimbangkan organisasi.<\/li><li>Berurusan dengan ketidakpastian dalam lingkungan eksternal menjadi keterampilan penting bagi perencana. Penilaian lingkungan eksternal mencakup penilaian kondisi ekonomi, pengaruh politik legislatif, perubahan demografis, dan masalah geografis dan kompetitif<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rangkuman<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strategi organisasi merupakan proposisi tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat bertahan, bersaing, dan berkembang <\/li><li>HR harus terlibat dalam pengembangan dan pelaksanaan keputusan strategis organisasi. <\/li><li>Perencanaan strategis adalah proses bisnis inti yang menghasilkan peta jalan arah organisasi. <\/li><li>Manajemen SDM Strategis (HRM) mengacu pada penggunaan praktek HRM untuk mendapatkan atau mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dengan menyelaraskan kinerja individu karyawan dengan tujuan strategis organisasi. <\/li><li>Pemindaian lingkungan membantu untuk menentukan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman organisasi dalam menyusun perencanaan. <\/li><li>Selama penilaian lingkungan eksternal, manajer HR mengidentifikasi dampak kondisi ekonomi, pengaruh politik legislatif, perubahan demografis, dan masalah geografis dan
