Office Support Functions<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u009eFungsi Rutin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>fungsi administrasi yang membutuhkan pemikiran minimal mencakup pengarsipan dan penggandaan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u009eFungsi Teknis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>fungsi administrasi membutuhkan pendapat, keputusan dan ketrampilan perkantoran yang memadai. Ex. Familiar terhadap software; admin &amp; staff IT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u009eFungsi Analisis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>fungsi administrasi yang membutuhkan pemikiran yang kritis dan kreatif disertai kemampuan mengambil keputusan, seperti membuat keputusan pembelian. Ex ; asisten manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. \u009e<i>Office Support Functions<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u009eFungsi Interpersonal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>fungsi administrasi yang membutuhkan penilaian dan analisis sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan serta ketrampilan yang berhubungan dengan orang lain seperti mengoordinasikan tim. Ex. Satff admin sebelum jadi manager<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u009eFungsi Managerial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>fungsi administrasi yang membutuhkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengukuran dan pemotivasian. Ex. manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u009e\u009e \u00a0 2. \u00a0MANAJER ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u009eMenurut Odgers (2005), manajer administrasi bertanggung jawab mengelola informasi, sistem informasi, teknologi maupun SDM yang ada untuk memaksimalkan produktivitas bagian administrasi yang dipimpinnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u009eTanggung Jawab Manager Administrasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Perencanaan ; menentukan tujuan dan sasaran ; termasuk layout kantor<\/p>\n<p>2.Pengorganisasian ; mendesain metode kerja yang efisien<\/p>\n<p>3.Pengalokasian staf ; menyediakan tryning<\/p>\n<p>4.Pengarahan ; memotivasi pegawai<\/p>\n<p>5.Pengawasan ; mengkontrol kinerja karyawan<\/p>\n<p>6.Tantangan ; sebagai agen perubahan<\/p>\n<p>7.Kualifikasi ; harus memahamai apa yang diinginkan perusahaan, dan memenuhi kriterianya<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>C. Kiat Menjadi Staff\u00a0Administrasi yang profesional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Menjadi orang yang efisien ; mengelola waktu, pekerjaan dan sikap<\/p>\n<p>2.Mengetahui penggunaan <i>software<\/i><\/p>\n<p>3.Mengetahui prosedur dalam menyiapkan dan memroses komunikasi tertulis ; surat menyurat<\/p>\n<p>4.Memahami konsep dari prosedur <i>equipment <\/i><i>oriented<\/i><i> ; <\/i><i>menguasai online database, voice mail dll<\/i><\/p>\n<p>5.Mengetahui prosedur dan langkah kerja untuk bernegosiasi ;<\/p>\n<p>6.Menggunakana otomatisasi kantor \u00a0; fotocopy print<\/p>\n<p>7. Menggunakan sumber data yang kredibel<\/p>\n<p>8. Memahami <i>filing <\/i>dan <i>records control<\/i><\/p>\n<p>9. Memahami jasa lanyanan bank yang berhubungan dengan prosedur kantor<\/p>\n<p>10. Mengetahui pentingnya <i>job campaign<\/i><\/p>\n<p>11.
