Dalam hal ini, yang menjadi masalah dalam rapat adalah rapat berlansung terlalu lama, dapat keluar dari pokok pembicaraan, dan dapat membuat orang menjadi jengkel atau tidak puas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">Beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan agar rapat menjadi pengalaman pertemuan yang menyenangkan dan memberi kekuatan:<\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1;\">Sebelum rapat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 54.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><!--[endif]-->Rapat harus direncanakan dan dipersiapkan dengan baik<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 2cm; text-align: justify;\">Seminggu sebelum rapat diadakan haruslah undangan dan agenda serta dokumen pendukung telah dipersiapkan dan dibagikan ke peserta rapat. Usahakan rapat seringkas mungkin apabila membutuhkan waktu panjang rencanakan waktu istirahat sehingga peserta rapat berkesempatan untuk merenggangkan anggota badan dan mengambil udara segar.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 54.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><!--[endif]-->Setiap orang harus mengetahui maksud dan tujuan rapat<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 54pt; text-align: justify;\">Jika setiap orang mengetahui hasil yang diharapkan maka rapat diharapkan akan efektif, untuk itu diperlukan fokus pada diskusi pada tujuan yang disepakati.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 54.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><!--[endif]-->Waktu yang tersedia harus ditata secara tepat<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 54pt; text-align: justify;\">Agenda rapat harus benar-benar memuat waktu yang tepat agar si pembicara dapat menyampaikan semua masalah dan mendapat solusinya. Diharapkan ada umpan balik dan pendapat yang pada waktu selanjutnya akan meningkatkan hal-hal yang diperlukan dalam rapat..<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 54pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<ol start=\"3\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1;\">Selesai rapat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 36pt; text-align: justify;\">Notulis harus bisa merumuskan semua pendapat dalam rapat dalam suatu notula yang efektif dan dimengerti semua peserta rapat.
