Sebab Wholly Owned Subsidiary dapat mengurangi risiko penundaan dan perilaku oportunistik oleh mitra dalam lingkungan yang tidak pasti. Melalui strategi Wholly Owned Subsidiary, sebuah perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi alokasi sumber daya. Dan pemanfaatan transfer in-house Agreement serta Subcontracting and Outsourcing. Namun ada kekurangan dari strategi ini adalah strategi Wholly owned subsidiary tidak dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan multinasional. Yang memiliki kekurangan dalam ranah internasional, seperti kekurangan asset pelengkap, tenaga kerja, bahan baku, modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joint Venture merupakan sebuah strategi untuk masuk ke pasar tuan rumah yang ada di negara tesebut sehingga beberapa pihak memiliki relasi dalam membangun kerjasama pada segi usaha dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Dengan demikian, Joint venture akan memberikan dampak yang sinergis karena mitra yang memiliki kelebihan dapat melengkapi kekurangan perusahaan multinasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Licence Agreement merupakan sebuah strategi penetrasi di pasar dengan cara memiliki perjanjian dengan pemegang lisensi di pasar internasional. Pihak yang memberi lisensi mendapat royalty untuk setiap unit yang diproduksi dan dijual sedangkan pihak yang menerima lisensi mengambil risiko dan menginvestasikan dananya untuk memproduksi , memasarkan , dan mendistribusikan barang dan jasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemasaran multinasional adalah pemasaran yang difokuskan pada pemanfaatan pengalaman dan produk perusahaan serta menyadari perbedaan dan keunikan lingkungan di negara tempatnya berbisnis. Pemasaran global \/ transnasional adalah pemasaran yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan aset, pengalaman, dan produk perusahaan secara global dan melakukan bisnis pada apa yang benar-benar unik dan berbeda di setiap negara. Kebanyakan&nbsp;perusahaan multinasional bergerak&nbsp;dalam bidang teknologi, fashion, pertambangan, dan ekspor impor. Bidang-bidang usaha tersebut memang termasuk jenis industri yang mampu berkembang dengan pesat.
